Wes Anderson in short form is better than no Wes Anderson at all. Despite being busy in post-production on his next film, The Grand Budapest Hotel, the director has found time to write and direct a short film for Prada titled Castello Cavalcanti, starring Jason Schwartzman.
This isn’t the best thing that Anderson has made, but it’s still charming as hell and it features all of Anderson’s typical tropes front and center. If you have eight free minutes today, definitely check it out.
